The lobster meat is fresh, tastes sweet, and is in good sized chunks which were clearly pulled from the shell recently (not previously frozen like some other places). The large dollop of mayo on the top was a nice touch. My only complaint is that the bun was a bit under-toasted and could have used more butter. Hey, you don't go to a premium lobster shack to count calories.November 14, 2016
